MEDITATE + CHILL with Monica Sevigny + Jenny Yarborough on the third Thursday of each month at one of their favorite hangouts–Tama Tea. We'll guide you through a 20-30 minute meditation to help you take a deep breath. Relax. And chill with our community while raising funds for Good Shepherd Center, a local nonprofit who helps feed the hungry, shelter the homeless + foster transition to housing. Afterward our meditation, we'll sip on our favorite teas together + chill. Space is limited so please register online in advance to reserve your spot of tea!
